If you plan to use insurance, please join my insurance waitlist to be notified once I verify your benefits. I am currently in-network with Aetna and soon to be in-network with Blue Shield of California and United. Many insurance plans cover medical nutrition therapy, meaning many of my clients pay $0 for their nutrition appointments.

Hi, I’m Brigitta Szeibert, MSPH, RD, the registered dietitian behind Feed the Body. I know how challenging and isolating it is to feel confused about your hormones and what to eat. As a women's health RD, I've seen firsthand how conflicting advice can sabotage your confidence and energy.

I hold a Master's in Human Nutrition and use evidence-based, personalized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) methods to help women navigate PCOS, preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. My goal is to give you the confidence to trust your body and your food choices again.
