Hi, I’m Brigitta Szeibert, MSPH, RD, the registered dietitian behind Feed the Body. I know how challenging and isolating it is to feel confused about your hormones and what to eat. As a women's health RD, I've seen firsthand how conflicting advice can sabotage your confidence and energy.
I hold a Master's in Human Nutrition from Johns Hopkins University and use evidence-based, personalized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) methods to help women navigate PCOS, endometriosis, preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. My goal is to give you the confidence to trust your body and your food choices again.
